On March 31, Agroprosperis Bank published its 2019 official financial statements, which was confirmed by Deloitte & Touche USC.
In 2019, Agroproperis Bank achieved the following results:
• net profit amounted to UAH 25.3 million
• the deposit portfolio of individuals increased to 80% to UAH 168.4 million
• the loan portfolio to agriculture grew 1.6 times to UAH 560 million
• Bank's assets exceeded UAH 1.1 billion.
As a result of the year, Agroproperis Bank increased its agribusiness loan portfolio by 60% to UAH 560 million, with the share of non-performing loans at the end of the year reaching a record level of 0.39%. During the year, the bank expanded its range of services to farmers and offered them promissory notes avalization and 14 new partnership programs for preferential financing for the purchase of farm equipment. The Bank's achievements in agricultural lending were honored by a reward “Leader in agribusiness financing” at the Bank of the Year 2019 Competition, held by Bankir International Financial Club.
Agroprosperis Bank has identified the branch network expansion as an important task for 2019. Two new branches in the center of Kyiv started operating in the summer – on 84/20, V. Vasylkivskaya Str. and on 46/2, Moskovs`ka Str. and as of today the first regional branch in Vinnytsia has been opened.
According to the Chairman of the Board of Agroprosperis Bank Serhii Shchepanskyi, last year was a year of intensive development – the bank invested in the opening of new branches, development of online banking, implementation of IT solutions to optimize business processes. “We will not slow down this year. In the first three months, we have increased our deposit portfolio a half time, opened a branch in Vinnytsia, got a license for trading of securities in the stock market, added to the list of partner programs crediting for the purchase of seeds, fertilizers and plant protection products,” Serhii shared.
