The maximum loan amount is determined individually depending on the needs of the enterprise and its financial and economic condition. Agroprosperis Bank adheres to the principles of responsible financing, when the received loan for business development really contributes to its sustainable development without excessive indebtedness.

The interest rate on business loans can be fixed or variable. A variable interest rate is applied to long-term loans, usually starting from the second year of the loan agreement.

Its value is tied to the UIRD index, which is calculated daily in the Thomson Reuters system and reflects the level of market rates for deposits of individuals. That is, the variable interest rate can both increase and decrease depending on the change in UIRD.

In addition to the interest for using the loan, a one-time fee for issuing the loan is charged.

To be considered for financing, please provide the following minimum package of documents:

• Copies of the main up-to-date contracts with suppliers and buyers.
• Copies of lease agreements for real estate involved in business.
• Copies of credit agreements in other banks with repayment schedules, in particular for individuals - business owners.
• Official reporting (balance sheet and form #2) for the last reporting period, the same period of the previous year and for the last reporting year.

If necessary, it is possible to request additional documents and information necessary for making a decision.

Collateral is one of the most common types of pledge for credit obligations, which minimizes the risks of loan default for a financial institution. At Agroprosperis Bank, a legal entity can receive funds both with collateral and without collateral. The amount of the credit limit increases with the provision of collateral.

A business loan in Ukraine can be secured by real estate, equipment and vehicles, material and technical stocks, etc. The subject of the pledge on the date of conclusion of the pledge agreement must belong to the pledgor or a third party with the right of ownership and, if required by law, be registered in the prescribed manner.

Mandatory security for the loan is also the surety of the ultimate owner.

The loan repayment schedule at Agroprosperis Bank is set individually depending on the financing goals and seasonal fluctuations in business. You can repay the received business loan early in part or in full without penalties.
