According to the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Settlement of Overdue Debts During the Period of Martial Law in Ukraine" dated July 27, 2022 No. 2459-I with a consumer who belongs to a protected category, with close relatives of a consumer who belongs to of a protected category, his representative, except for a representative who is not a close person of such a consumer, third parties with whom interaction is provided by the consumer credit agreement of such consumer and who have given consent to such interaction, during the period of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from on the day of its termination or cancellation, interaction during the settlement of overdue debt is not carried out.
To terminate the interaction, the consumer or his relatives, representatives, heirs, guarantors or property guarantors inform the bank about the consumer's belonging to a protected category with the provision of supporting documents
