Manager of the Technical Support and Customer Service Department of the IT Management

 

Job purpose:

  • Ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the Bank's information systems, software and hardware complexes, and software used in the Bank's production activities and/or installed at customer workstations in accordance with the concluded agreements, as well as their administration;
  • Supporting the Bank's customer service systems;
  • Working with NBU software;
  • Purchasing computer equipment, software, and services;
  • Supporting and maintaining SDBO (iFobs – CS Ltd);
  • Supporting and maintaining NBU software (ARM INF, SAIMP);
  • Maintenance and support of document management and customer case archive systems (DocS, DocBS);
  • Maintaining documentation;
  • Administering user access rights;
  • Organizing and supporting the equipment repair process;
  • Preparing new equipment for operation and issuing it to users;
  • Accounting for IT equipment.

 

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Knowledge of remote service systems.
  • Experience in user support.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in working with computer hardware and printing devices;
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10, AD, Terminal Services, 1C.
