Manager of the Technical Support and Customer Service Department of the IT Management
Job purpose:
- Ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the Bank's information systems, software and hardware complexes, and software used in the Bank's production activities and/or installed at customer workstations in accordance with the concluded agreements, as well as their administration;
- Supporting the Bank's customer service systems;
- Working with NBU software;
- Purchasing computer equipment, software, and services;
- Supporting and maintaining SDBO (iFobs – CS Ltd);
- Supporting and maintaining NBU software (ARM INF, SAIMP);
- Maintenance and support of document management and customer case archive systems (DocS, DocBS);
- Maintaining documentation;
- Administering user access rights;
- Organizing and supporting the equipment repair process;
- Preparing new equipment for operation and issuing it to users;
- Accounting for IT equipment.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Knowledge of remote service systems.
- Experience in user support.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in working with computer hardware and printing devices;
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10, AD, Terminal Services, 1C.
