Securities transactions
Agroprosperis Bank provides its clients with the opportunity to conduct transactions with financial instruments permitted by the current legislation of Ukraine. We provide reliable support for investment transactions, in particular with domestic government bonds (OVDP) and other securities, on the basis of the relevant licenses issued by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.
Licenses
The bank has licenses from the National Securities and Stock Market Commission:
- for the right to conduct professional activities on capital markets – trading in financial instruments, namely: dealer and brokerage activities (NSSMC Decision No. 122 of March 17, 2020).
- to conduct activities in trading financial instruments – sub-brokerage activities (NSSMC Decision No. 420 dated June 23, 2021).
The Bank is a member of the Professional Association of Capital and Derivatives Market Participants and is connected to the trading terminal of PJSC “FB ”PERSPECTIVA".

Bank services on capital markets
The bank carries out the following operations as part of its activities in trading financial instruments:
- dealer operations;
- brokerage services for individuals and legal entities.
On behalf of its clients, the bank performs:
- transactions with government bonds and other financial instruments;
- opening and servicing client accounts at PJSC “FB ”PERSPECTIVA";
- opening and servicing accounts with PJSC “Settlement Center” for conducting transactions with domestic government bonds.
Additional services
- providing guarantees for the fulfillment of obligations to third parties under agreements concluded on behalf of the client of such an investment firm;
- providing advice on financing their economic activities, development strategies, and other related issues, providing services and advice on the reorganization or purchase of corporate rights of legal entities;
- providing loans and credits for the conclusion of derivative contracts with the participation or intermediation of such an investment firm and performing legal acts regarding financial instruments;
- conducting foreign exchange transactions in cases related to the provision of services by an investment firm to its client;
- conducting investment research and financial analysis, providing recommendations related to transactions with financial instruments.
