On August 11, 2026, amendments to foreign exchange restrictions, approved by Resolution No. 90 of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated August 10, 2026, took effect. The new rules expand the options available to individuals and businesses when conducting certain foreign exchange transactions.

In particular, limits on certain currency transactions have been increased and opportunities for transfers abroad have been expanded. The changes apply to transactions in both hryvnia and foreign currency.
