On August 18, 2026, the rating committee of RA “Standard-Rating” updated Agroprosperis Bank’s long-term credit rating on the national scale to the highest level, uaAAA. The agency also confirmed the bank’s short-term credit rating at ua.K1 and its deposit rating at ua.1.

The ratings were updated based on an analysis of Agroprosperis Bank’s performance in the first half of 2026 and selected indicators from its statistical reports for January–July 2026.

According to the agency’s assessment, in the first half of the year, the bank continued to expand the scale of its operations, maintained a high level of capitalization and liquidity, as well as a high-quality loan portfolio.

High quality of the loan portfolio

At the same time, the growth in lending has been accompanied by the maintenance of a high-quality portfolio. As of July 1, 2026, the share of non-performing loans (NPLs) in Agroprosperis Bank’s loan portfolio stood at just 1.59%. This is 7.83 times lower than the average NPL ratio in Ukraine’s banking system.

The agency also highlighted the bank’s asset structure. As of July 1, 65.73% of assets consisted of cash and cash equivalents, Ukrainian government bonds, and U.S. Treasury bonds—instruments with low credit risk.

Solid capital and liquidity buffers

During the first half of the year, Agroprosperis Bank maintained sufficient levels of capital and liquidity. Regulatory capital (H1) increased by 24.93% to 476.761 million UAH, which was 2.38 times higher than the NBU’s required level. As of July 1, the regulatory capital adequacy ratio (RCA) stood at 15.84%, while the Nk1 and Nok1 ratios were 12.73%, with a significant margin above the established requirements.

The bank’s liquidity also remained high: as of July 1, the NSFR exceeded the minimum level by 2.18 times, and the LCR across all currencies—by 3.54 times. As of August 1, these indicators stood at 197.58% and 319.84%, respectively.

The confirmation of the uaAAA rating indicates that Agroprosperis Bank maintains the highest creditworthiness on the national scale and reflects its ability to meet its debt obligations in a timely and full manner.
