Aggressor states Explanation to the financial monitoring questionnaire

Do you and your related persons have a connection with the state that carries out armed aggression against Ukraine (Russian Federation / Republic of Belarus)?

 

Select "Yes" if one or more of the following statements apply to you:

• The client is a participant (shareholder) of a legal entity created and registered in accordance with the legislation of the aggressor state and/or together with the citizens of the aggressor state (except for citizens of such a state who were granted the status of a participant in hostilities after April 14, 2014), and/or a person whose place of permanent residence (residence, registration) is the aggressor state, and/or a legal entity created and registered in accordance with the legislation of the aggressor state (related person);
• The client has business relations with citizens of the aggressor state (except for citizens of such a state who were granted the status of a participant in hostilities after April 14, 2014), and/or a person whose place of permanent residence (residence, registration) is the aggressor state, and/ or with a legal entity created and registered in accordance with the legislation of the aggressor state and/or with a legal entity, participant (shareholder) (having a share in the authorized capital of 10% or more) of which the aggressor state is, and/or citizens of the aggressor state (except for citizens of such a state, who were granted the status of a participant in hostilities after April 14, 2014), and/or a person whose place of permanent residence (residence/registration) is the aggressor state, and/or a legal entity created and registered in accordance with the law aggressor state (related person);
• The client owns securities (except for shares) of legal entities created and registered in accordance with the legislation of the aggressor state (related entity) and/or such state itself.
