In connection with the introduction of strict quarantine measures in Ukraine to counteract the spread of coronavirus, in order to provide uninterrupted service to the Bank's customers and to fulfill the requirements of the letter of the National Bank of Ukraine No. 61-0017/14965 dated 22.03.2020, Agroprosperis Bank establishes as of March 24, 2020 for the branches and the head office the following:
- hours of operation: Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 16:30, Friday from 10:00 to 16:00.
- the operating time for accepting payments in foreign currency as well as for receiving applications for buying/selling foreign currency is to remain unchanged.
For the safety of bank clients and employees bank’s premises are ventilated and disinfected and all bank employees, serving clients, are provided with masks, gloves and sanitizers. Access to the premises of the bank is made by no more than two people at a time.
