Information about accounts maintenance from 16.07.2019

From 16.07.2019, Agroprosperis Bank terminates the maintenance of clients’ accounts, belonging to legal entities, individuals sole proprietors who have not performed account transactions (2600%, 2604%, 2650%, 2610%, 2651%, 2620%) remaining inactive for three calendar years from the date of the last transaction on these accounts (under the Article 1075 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) and clients, whose state registration has been terminated, on the basis of the information from the Unified State Register (under Article 141 of Section XIV of the NBU No. 492 (as amended by the Resolution of the NBU dated 01.04 .2019 No. 56) and paragraph 9.10 of the NBU Regulation No. 22).
