Sales manager for agribusiness
Agroprosperis Bank, which specializes in financing the agricultural sector, is looking to hire a sales manager in the agribusiness segment.
Regions: Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, and Zhytomyr Oblasts.
Main responsibilities:
- Formulation and implementation of the bank's strategy in the region in the agribusiness segment.
- Searching for and attracting new agribusiness clients, developing and maintaining contacts.
- Informing clients about the bank's credit products, conducting negotiations and active sales.
- Forming a credit portfolio, fulfilling sales plans.
- Supporting the credit process: financial and economic analysis, preparation of contracts and credit file documentation packages.
- Controlling the credit portfolio, supporting clients throughout the cooperation, working with overdue debts.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education: economics, agronomy, or banking.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the specifics of agribusiness and established professional contacts in the region.
- Experience in negotiations and B2B sales.
- Experience in supporting the credit process and working with the credit portfolio.
- Result-oriented, communicative, and willing to develop regional business.
- Fluency in the official language.
- Category B driver's license.
