Agroprosperis Bank is looking to hire sales managers in the Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, and Zhytomyr regions.
Job purpose
- Ensuring the fulfillment of plans for the sale of credit products to clients in the agro-industrial complex in the region.
- Representing the interests of Agroprosperis Bank in the region.
Primary tasks:
- Establishing a process for informing clients in the agro-industrial complex about Agroprosperis Bank's offers;
- Developing a loan portfolio and client base;
- Formulating a development strategy in subordinate regions.
Responsibilities to the investor:
- Executing plans for the sale of credit products.
Requirements for the candidate:
Knowledge:
- The process of lending to legal entities in the agro-industrial complex.
- Understanding of the specifics of agribusiness;
- Managers of agricultural enterprises in subordinate regions;
- At least two years of experience in the relevant field;
- Higher education (economics/agronomy/banking);
- fluency in the state language.
Skills:
- Effective sales and successful negotiations with potential and current clients.
- High-quality implementation of the lending process, conducting financial and economic analysis and drawing up contracts, forming packages of documents for client credit files.
- Debt collection and high-quality credit portfolio management.
- Possession of a driver's license.
