Manager of the technical support and client services, IT Department
Purpose of the position and priority tasks
- Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the bank's information systems, software and hardware complexes, and software used in production activities or installed at client workplaces;
- Supporting and maintaining remote banking service systems (iFobs – CS Ltd);
- Supporting and maintaining NBU software (ARM INF, SAIMP);
- Supporting and maintaining document management and client file archiving systems (DocS, DocBS);
- Administering user access rights;
- Procuring computer equipment, software tools, and services;
- Preparing new equipment for operation and issuing it to users;
- Organizing and overseeing the equipment repair process;
- Keeping records of IT equipment.
Basic requirements
Knowledge:
- Deep knowledge of remote banking systems;
- Knowledge of ABS B2 in terms of communication with remote banking systems;
- Deep knowledge of iFOBS;
- Knowledge and understanding of banking technologies and banking products;
- Knowledge of Oracle PL SQL, ability to write queries and procedures.
Competences:
- Experience of work in the bank on support and maintenance of remote banking systems for at least 2 years;
- Experience in implementing remote service systems – to be an advantage;
- Experience in administering ABS B2 – to be an advantage.
