Deputy head of the remote banking systems support department of the IT department
Key responsibilities:
- Support and maintenance of remote banking service systems (RBS): iBank – PayForce, iFobs – CS Ltd, PUMB processing (CardGalaxy, SOAP), GSM, Viber gate, payment service aggregators, P2P payments
- Support of the integration layer between ABS B2 and RBS
- Maintenance of the production and test IT infrastructure of RBS: installation of updates, diagnostics and troubleshooting, data backup and recovery
- Interaction with developers of information systems and IT services
- Management of new projects related to RBS
- Documentation management
- Administration of user access rights
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of remote banking service systems
- Deep knowledge of the iFOBS system
- Knowledge of ABS B2 in terms of integration with remote banking service systems
- Knowledge and understanding of banking technologies and banking products
- Knowledge of Oracle PL SQL, ability to write queries and procedures
- At least 2 years of experience in a bank in the support and maintenance of remote banking service systems
- Experience in the implementation of remote banking service systems – desirable
- Experience in ABS B2 administration – desirable
