Purpose of the position and priority tasks
- Managing and organizing the continuous operation of the bank branch within the scope of the assigned powers. Performing the duties of the branch manager in his absence (vacation, sick leave, business trip, etc.);
- Organization and control of the sales process of the entire range of banking products;
- Implementation of planned business indicators of the department;
- Attracting new clients of legal entities and individuals to the bank for service;
- Ensuring the branch's profitable activity;
- Ensuring a high level of customer service in accordance with service quality standards.
Requirements for a candidate for the position
- Higher education in Banking, Finance or economics;
- Work experience in the banking system - at least 1 years in the relevant field;
- Knowledge of current legislation and regulatory documents of the NBU;
- Successful experience in building up the deposit portfolio and client base;
- Skills of active sales, negotiations and presentations;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Orientation on the result.
