Bank call center operator
Purpose of the position and priority tasks
- Communication with clients via phone, assisting clients in resolving banking issues: card operations, using the mobile application, consultations on tariffs, and more;
- Informing clients about current bank products and services;
- Providing high-quality consultations to potential clients on banking products and tariffs;
- Selling banking products and services;
- Professional correspondence in an online chat format.
Requirements for a candidate for the position
- Higher education (preferred);
- Work experience in a similar position (preferred);
- Experience with financial products;
- Computer skills: MS Office and office equipment;
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (preferred);
- Result-oriented approach.
