Bank call center operator

 

Purpose of the position and priority tasks

  • Communication with clients via phone, assisting clients in resolving banking issues: card operations, using the mobile application, consultations on tariffs, and more;
  • Informing clients about current bank products and services;
  • Providing high-quality consultations to potential clients on banking products and tariffs;
  • Selling banking products and services;
  • Professional correspondence in an online chat format.

 

Requirements for a candidate for the position

  • Higher education (preferred);
  • Work experience in a similar position (preferred);
  • Experience with financial products;
  • Computer skills: MS Office and office equipment;
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (preferred);
  • Result-oriented approach.
