Serhii Kozlov

Work Experience
Serhii Kozlov has over 20 years of experience in banking. He began his career in 2001 at Forum Bank as a credit expert within the framework of the Ukrainian Microfinance Program. In 2005, he joined the international consulting company IPC GmbH as a consultant for the same program, further deepening his expertise in microfinance. From 2006, he worked as the Head of Agribusiness Development and Partnership Relations at Raiffeisen Bank Aval, where he was responsible for projects targeting corporate and SME clients.
In 2015, Serhii joined the Agroprosperis Bank team as the Head of Agrifinance and Partner Relations Coordination. In 2021, he was appointed as Member of the Management Board, overseeing agrifinance and corporate business.
Education
Serhii graduated from Kyiv National Economic University with a degree in Finance.
Born in 1980. Married, raising two children.
