The "Light Suitcase" service helps holders of Visa Infinite premium cards with all luggage concerns - before and after the trip.
The baggage carrier will meet you near the UZ Business & Family Lounge or the train, transfer your luggage to the lounge, platform or taxi.
To use the "Light suitcase" service from Visa, order the service in the Visa chatbot at least 45 minutes before departure or arrival.
Are you leaving Kyiv?
- In the "Light suitcase" section, enter the details of the trip: direction, dispatch, date and time, contact phone number, quantity and type of luggage.
- A baggage porter will wait for you outside or in the Visa lounge to bring your belongings to the carriage.
Returning to Kyiv?
- In the "Light suitcase" section, indicate the details of your trip: destination, arrival, train and car number, date and time, contact phone number, amount and type of luggage.
- The Visa manager will confirm the booking and meeting time.
- The baggage carrier will wait for you near the car to take your belongings to the Visa lounge or taxi.
Leave the worries of Visa and focus on the route.
