Visa continuously enhances its services and seeks new opportunities to improve cardholders' experiences, particularly in one of the most popular travel-related services—using lounge zones. To this end, Visa has partnered with DragonPass and revised the access procedure.
Starting October 1, 2024, to access airport lounge privileges with a premium Visa card, you must register through the Visa Airport Companion app.
The app will be available for download on Android and iOS starting September 19 and will provide a convenient format for viewing all available premium cards and lounge locations.
How to access the lounge:
- Register your premium card in the Visa Airport Companion app;
- Find the lounge you wish to enter and click the "Enter" button;
- Click the "Membership" button and receive a QR code for access;
- Scan the QR code at the reception desk when entering the lounge area.
You can also access lounges through the Chatbot VisaUkraine using your preferred messenger. To do this, select the Lounge button in the chatbot menu and receive your digital membership card.
Holders of the most prestigious premium Visa Infinite cards can enjoy unlimited access to these services.
