On December 17, 2018, State registration of the new version of the Charter of JOINT STOCK COMPANY "AGROPROSPERIS BANK" was carried out. The changes included in particular:
- Type of Joint Stock Company was changed from public to private.
- Name of the Bank was changed from PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "AGROPROSPERIS BANK" to JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "AGROPROSPERIS BANK".

The new version of the Charter can be found on the bank’s official website in the Information for disclosure section and on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine official website, a unique "code" number for access to the results of the provision of administrative services (state registration) 445624432989.
JOINT STOCK COMPANY "AGROPROSPERIS BANK" is the legal successor of all rights and obligations of PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "AGROPROSPERIS BANK".
All agreements entered into before the change of name is valid.
