AP Bank online banking offers instant transfers to IBAN accounts and payments using QR codes. These modern cashless payment tools enable customers to transfer funds between accounts and pay for goods or services quickly and free of charge.
Instant payments
An instant payment is a transfer of funds between accounts processed through the National Bank of Ukraine’s Electronic Payment System and executed immediately on a 24/7 basis.
Funds are credited to the recipient’s account within 10 seconds, and the recipient receives a notification as soon as the transaction is completed.
Instant payments are available to resident customers for transactions of up to UAH 100,000 per transfer. If a transaction exceeds the established limit or requires additional verification, it will be processed as a standard interbank transfer to an IBAN account.
How to make an instant transfer
In the AP Bank mobile app:
- Open the “Transfers” section.
- Select “Instant Transfer”.
- Enter the debit account, recipient details and transfer amount.
- Confirm the payment.
Making payments with QR codes
Instant transfers can be made even more conveniently using a QR code containing the recipient’s payment details.
Simply scan the QR code in the app using the “QR Code Scanner” feature, and all payment information will be filled in automatically. This eliminates the need to enter an IBAN manually and reduces the risk of errors.
Receiving funds via a QR code
Users can also generate a QR code to receive funds and share it with others for quick transfers. This is especially convenient when receiving payments without having to provide or copy account details.
To generate a QR code in the AP Bank app, open the “Cards” section, select the required card, tap Settings (the icon in the upper corner), and choose “Generate QR Code”. The QR code can then be displayed or shared with another person to receive an instant transfer.
