Agroprosperis Bank is expanding options for Visa cardholders and introducing Click to Pay—a service for faster, safer, and more convenient online payments.
Click to Pay will be available to Agroprosperis Bank customers starting October 14, 2026.
The service allows customers to pay for online purchases without manually entering their card number or other card details. Instead of the actual card information, a digital token is used during payment, which helps provide additional protection for payment data.
How Click to Pay works
When making a purchase at an online store that supports Click to Pay, you need to:
- find the Click to Pay icon on the payment page;
- enter your email address or mobile phone number;
- verify your identity;
- select the desired card;
- complete the payment.
This way, you don’t have to search for your card or manually enter its number, expiration date, and other details every time.
Additional protection for online payments
Click to Pay is built on Visa’s network tokenization. During payment, a token is used instead of the actual card number, which helps protect payment data and reduce the risk of its misuse in the event of a breach.
According to Visa, Click to Pay combines a simplified online checkout process with the benefits of tokenization, including additional protection against fraud.
What this means for Agroprosperis Bank customers
Visa cardholders can use Click to Pay as an additional option when making online payments. The service does not change the card itself or how it is used—it simply streamlines the payment process on websites and in apps where Click to Pay is available. There is no fee for Agroprosperis Bank customers to use Click to Pay.
Starting October 14, 2026, all active Visa cards held by customers, as well as new cards upon issuance and activation, will be automatically registered with Click to Pay.
You can opt out of using your card with Click to Pay starting October 14, 2026, by contacting the bank. You can manage your Click to Pay profile and update your saved cards through the Visa Click to Pay consumer portal.
