Specialist in assessment and monitoring of mortgaged property
Purpose of the position and priority tasks
- Organization of the process of working with collateral at the bank level in accordance with internal requirements and regulatory documents of the National Bank of Ukraine;
- Control of monitoring and revaluation of mortgaged property;
- Appraisal and preparation of reports on the valuation of property transferred or offered as collateral to the Bank: equipment, vehicles, special equipment, in particular agricultural land, real estate objects, land plots and integral property complexes;
- Analysis and verification of internal and external reports on property valuation of other appraisers, drawing conclusions on their admissibility;
- Accreditation and organization of work with external subjects of evaluation activity;
- Preparation of reports in the direction of work with collateral property. Work with auditing companies in terms of assessing the process of working with collateral.
Basic requirements
- Higher education, priority areas: finance, business, economy, banking;
- Work experience of 2 years or more in the evaluation of property and property rights, preferably in the banking sector, but not necessarily;
- Availability of the evaluator's qualification certificate in directions 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.7, 2.1;
- Knowledge of banking legislation and other regulatory documents related to appraisal activities and collateral requirements;
- High analytical skills and the ability to focus on details;
- Qualitative experience in organizing processes and preparing methodological documents;
- Knowledge and skills of assessing the financial condition of enterprises is an advantage;
- Readiness for business trips around Ukraine.
