Personal manager for work with VIP clients

Purpose of the position and priority tasks

• Interaction with customers of the premium segment;
• Provision of high quality financial services;
• High-quality consultation, helping clients to solve individual requests;
• Informing customers about current products and services of the bank;
• Competent correspondence in the online-chat format.

Requirements for a candidate for the position

• Higher Education;
• Experience in servicing VIP clients;
• Experience with financial products;
• Computer skills: MS Office and office equipment;
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (preferred);
• Willingness to work for results.
