Head of Retail Business Department
Purpose of the position and priority tasks
- Ensuring the performance of planned indicators and profitable activity of the department by attracting business and individual clients for passive and commission products;
- Organization, provision and control of continuous activity of bank branches;
- Implementation of a full cycle of opening new sales points and bank branches;
- Proactive initiation, promotion and development of processes and products that ensure the fulfillment of the planned indicators of the department;
- Methodological sales support through the network of bank branches;
- Development of card business, development of credit cards, in particular through a network of partners/agents;
- Organization of reporting on the work of bank branches, personnel, banking products.
Requirements for a candidate for the position
- Having a strategic vision for the development of the network, retail business and their profitability;
- Experience working in bank branches and/or implementing the process of opening new branches "from scratch";
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Experience in the organization and successful implementation of large-scale projects; project management;
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field, at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position and in sales;
- Experience in building a card business, in particular through a network of partners/agents is an advantage;
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework governing the banking system of Ukraine;
- Complete higher education in Banking, Finance or other economic or mathematical direction.
