For a passport in booklet form, enter the series and number. For an ID card, enter the number only.
Upload the OK-5 certificate obtained via Diia — a ZIP file up to 10 MB.
Enter your employer's EDRPOU code or the TIN of the individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor) you work for.
Enter your desired credit limit, from UAH 5,000 to UAH 300,000. The Bank will determine the available credit limit after reviewing your application.
To open a card with a credit limit, you must visit a bank branch. Select the branch that is most convenient for you.
